I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of The Release Center. I provide Telehealth services for the state of Texas. Life is full of surprises and transitions resolved with feelings of loneliness, depression, anxiety, and/or grief. As a clinician, it is my pleasure to collaborate in finding your way during these moments. I provide a safe space to explore your emotions, as well as, navigate possible resolutions.
